Letter Ordering
To ensure your child's letter arrives before Christmas, we ask you order before 1 December each year. We
ship all the completed orders, in envelopes already addressed to the child, with postage, to the Post Office in
North Pole, AK. They postmark them and mail them out.
By mailing them on 1 December, that gives the letters enough time to get to Alaska, for the
Post Office to postmark them and send them to you, so your child's letter arrives at your house before
Christmas Eve.
Orders include
free postage! We ship world-wide.
Orders are
not mailed later than December 1st. Any letter orders accepted after December 1st, will not be sent to Alaska but
will have the USPS North Pole cancellation postmark imprinted on the envelope and will be mailed directly to
the child.

service you confirm you're over 18 years of age and give your full consent for us to mail our letter(s) to the person(s)
you indicate.

Payment
Our preferred payment method is PayPal. Each letter link has a PayPal "Buy Now" button.
Clicking on the link takes you directly to PayPal where you can pay for your letter by using either your PayPal
account or by Credit Card. It is fast, easy and your information is safe.
For our customers preferring to pay by either check or cash, please print out the form of your selected
letter, fill out the information and mail it with payment to our address at the bottom of this page.
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with the letter, free gift and
envelope postmarked from the North Pole, we want to hear about it.
Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. If we can't make it
right, we will gladly refund your money.
