Christmas 2009
Dear Britney,
Ho! Ho! Ho! It’s almost Christmas, and I’ve been making my list
and checking it twice to see which little boys and girls have been naughty and nice. I’m very happy to see that you’re
on my list of nice 4-year-old girls.
I can’t believe you’re already so big that you’re in montessori
this year! Ms. Smith told me that you’re doing really well in her class. I hope you’re enjoying school.
The elves have been busy making lots of toys this year and they told me that
you would really like a bike for Christmas. I’ll do my
very best. My favorite part of Christmas is delivering toys to good children like you, and I always try to bring something
you’ll like. But remember that the best part of Christmas is being with the people who love you and sharing time with
them. Toys are just an extra special treat.
The reindeer are really looking forward to visiting Detriot again this year. Don’t forget to leave out some carrots for them! They
get hungry flying to so many houses. But make sure you go right to bed after you leave out the carrots because we can only
visit houses where the children are fast asleep.
You may have noticed some sparkly glitter in the zip-lock envelope with
this letter - that is magic reindeer dust. If you sprinkle it outside your house on Christmas Eve it will help the reindeers
with their landing!
Have a great Christmas!
Lots of Love,
Santa Claus
